Assertive Communication

This course equips learners with practical strategies to communicate with confidence and clarity in workplace settings. It begins by addressing the fears and limiting beliefs that hinder assertiveness, then introduces adaptable frameworks to strengthen expression, build trust, and drive more effective interactions.

  • Recognize communication styles and their influence on workplace interactions. 

  • Demonstrate assertiveness in both one-on-one and group conversations. 

  • Apply techniques to stay calm, clear, and confident under pressure.
