Strategic Storytelling

This course equips learners with strategic storytelling techniques to influence and inspire in corporate settings. Learners will analyze their audience, clarify their core message, and apply proven frameworks to enhance persuasion, demonstrate leadership, and strengthen brand positioning.

Course Outline​: 

  • Science of storytelling: how stories engage the brain 

  • Core elements of a strategic story: characters, conflict, resolution 

  • Linking business strategy and storytelling: aligning with drivers of change 

  • Evaluating change dimensions to define storytelling goals 

  • Audience-centered design: using Empathy Maps to plan stories 

  • Structuring a persuasive story: beginning, middle, end 

  • Storytelling frameworks: Hero’s Journey and Three-Act Structure 

  • Creating contextually relevant narratives
